Wholesale Terms
How trade ordering works with AdeaImani — quoting, invoicing and delivery for salons, pharmacies, retailers, spas and corporate buyers across Zimbabwe.
Quotes & pricing
All pricing is in US dollars (USD) and quoted per order. We don’t publish a price list — send your product list and quantities, and we reply with a trade quote covering products, delivery and any other charges, so the full cost is clear before you commit.
Placing an order
Submit the wholesale order form with your company details and the products you need, or email us directly. Stock availability is confirmed when we send your quote.
Invoicing
Once you approve your quote, we issue a tax invoice to your registered company. Please make sure your company name and registration details on the order form match your official records.
Delivery
We deliver across Zimbabwe. Delivery fees are confirmed with your quote and shown as a separate line before you approve the order.
Payment
Payment terms — method and timeframe — are stated on your quote and invoice for each order.
Trade accounts
Registered businesses can apply for a trade account for tiered trade pricing, tax invoicing and a dedicated contact for repeat orders. Account terms, including any minimum order quantities, are confirmed when your account is approved.
Confirmation
Your order is confirmed when you approve the quote. Anything not covered above — returns, minimums, credit terms and similar — is agreed with you on the quote for that order.
